Kits and assets purchased through Fursona are for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of Fursona's technology, art pipeline, or brand
  • Use Fursona to create or promote illegal, hateful, or exploitative content

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or losses.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
